Community of Practice
What is a Community of Practice?
A community of practice is a group of people who share a common concern, a set of problems, or interest in a topic and who come together to fulfill both individual and group goals.* Who is the community for? This EBRI COP is for Adult Education Program Teachers, Coordinators, and Administrators. Whether or not you have been to STAR training, we welcome you to this community. Why participate in the COP? Participating in the COP will allow you to share and learn about program and classroom best practices and resources with others who work with adult learners to develop their reading skills. |
